It’s official. Obama thinks he’s King

02 Feb

As you will recall from your American Civics class in High School, there are three coequal branches of government as defined in the Constitution; The Executive, Legislative and Judicial.

Obama is ignoring both the Judicial and Legislative branches, acting pretty much as a monarch.

In spite of the court rulings preventing his oil drilling moratorium in the Gulf of Mexico and the declaration that Obamacare is Unconstitutional, he simply does as he wishes in defiance of the Courts.

Now he is acting in defiance of the Legislative Branch.

Congressman Darrell Issa is in charge of the Congressional Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, granting him the power to subpoena information from the Executive Branch and various Departments.
He has issued subpoenas to several Departments, including the Department of Homeland Security, asking for information and to date he is simply being ignored.

Further, Issa charges that upper management of DHS has instructed subordinates to NOT cooperate with the Oversight Committee.

The Obama snub is the first sign of how the administration will respond to demands for documents and testimony by key officials from Republicans in control of the House now that the GOP holds the power of congressional subpoena.

Issa is fighting back, issuing a strong letter yesterday.

Since the House was elected by the people, he is ignoring the will of the people, all while lecturing Hosni Mubarack of Egypt and other world leaders about the importance of listening to the will of the people, shared common values, and the requirement for democratic processes, all while acting as a despot himself.

You’ve got to admit, the guy has stones.

I recommend that Darrel Issa forget the little stuff and move directly to the Impeachment of the President.
He is acting lawlessly and perpetrating high crimes against the American people.

Gee…all of a sudden the liberals don’t want the Courts telling us all what to do. This is an incredible turn of events now that the shoe is on the other foot.
