Happy Independence Day! Let’s Make Sure We Stay Independent by Getting to Work!

Democrats are working feverishly to enslave you. Remember. Democrats have historically been the party of Slavery. Obamacare is just one aspect of the slavery that the Democrats have engineered for you.

It is your job to make sure that NO Democrat is elected this November.

Not one.

Enjoy your burgers and dogs today. Tomorrow…GET UP! Don’t assume that someone else is doing the heavy lifting for you. They’re not.

…And let’s assess our opponents. They are the usual Democrat suspects: welfare cheats handed a few bucks to carry protest signs they can barely read, government union losers still limping from the butt kicking we handed them in Wisconsin, aging law students who think we ought to chip in for their diaphragms, Hollywood stars who wonder why the rest of us don’t just eat cake, and an Administration with a track record of failure so complete they think that a 5-4 decision keeping a program Americans hate with a cold fury alive to be Topic A during the coming election is something to celebrate.

Yeah, it may be constitutional for now, but we’ll see who the bitches are in November.

Go over to Breitbart’s Big Government to read this whole article “Obamacare: Don’t Get Mad Get to Work.

It’ll put a spring in your step.

Justice John Roberts, the King Maker

Supreme Court Justice John Roberts just handed Obama a crown, scepter, and an ermine trimmed velvet cloak.

It isn’t the SCOTUS job to protect the American people from bad political choices? Perhaps not, but it IS SCOTUS job to protect and uphold the Constitution.

If you are not registered to vote, get registered. I don’t care if you like Romney or not; I don’t care if he wasn’t your first choice; he must win. Why you ask? Because he is NOT Obama.  We need every single person to vote because even Obama voters who hate ObamaDoesn’tCare and are disappointed in Obama overall have said they will STILL vote for him in 2012.  That stymied me until I realized that these people have lived most of their lives being indoctrinated by the Progressives and/or living off the government teet. They’d rather throw their fellow Americans into the compost pile of history than to do the right thing and admit that they are personally responsible for the total upheaval of this country.

They must not be allowed to steal our country from us. My flag will hang upside down until Obama is defeated. Make no mistake; we are in distress.

If you haven’t read Ameritopia by Mark Levin, get it, read it, understand it.  It’s important.

Virginia Attorney General on Today’s Supreme Court Ruling

June 28, 2012
Dear Friends,

This is a dark day for the American people, the Constitution, and the rule of law. This is a dark day for American liberty.

This decision goes against the very principle that America has a federal government of limited powers; a principle that the Founding Fathers clearly wrote into the Constitution, the supreme law of the land. The Constitution was meant to restrict the power of government precisely for the purpose of protecting your liberty and mine from the overreaching hand of the federal government.

This unprecedented decision says that Congress has the authority to force citizens to buy private goods or face fines – a power it has never had in American history, and a power King George III and Parliament didn’t have over us when we were mere subjects of Great Britain. Since the federal government itself could never articulate to the court a constitutional limit to this power, Congress has gained an unlimited power to force citizens to buy anything.

I am disappointed with the court’s ruling and with the unprecedented attack on American liberty the president and the previous Congress have created with this law.

Stay tuned – I will be providing more analysis on this in the coming hours, as well as next steps.

Sincerely,

Ken Cuccinelli, II
Attorney General of Virginia

Obamacare Upheld. Saddleburr Gives First Donation to Romney

It’s official. The federal leviathan can do anything it wants to its citizens and Chief Justice John Roberts agrees.

Get ready for higher taxes, dictates about lifestyle choices, loss of healthcare choices, rationing and death panels.

Romney is our absolute last chance to stop this. As flawed as he is, he’s our last hope to prevent us from going to a post-Constitutional tyranny.

Aditionally, we’ve got to flip the Senate as well or it’s a futile exercise.

You’d better get busy.

Julia, oh Julia, the Heritage Foundation looks at what could be a better life for Julia

President Obama’s team introduced the “Life of Julia,” a portrayal of a liberal vision of life for one woman. In response the Heritage Foundation has released a version which shows how conservative policies, like the ones outlined in Heritage’s Saving the American Dream plan, can empower Julia and all Americans without government interference at every stage of life. Obama Walking the Plank of His Own Making. Fellow Democrats Sawing Plank.

Schadenfreude.  It’s what’s for dinner.

Democrats are running away from Obamacare, which will likely be ruled unconstitutional in June.

Sen. Jim Webb said the law would be Obama’s “biggest downside” in the election and had cost him “a lot of credibility as a leader.”

Some of us were at your office, providing such advice to this affect during the run up to this vote, Jimmy.  I saw you walking down the hallway towards your office and once you saw us gathered outside your office you ran from us.  We were there and we were ignored.  Now you hike up your skirt and run away from a re-election bid because you know you screwed up big time.

No worries though, mate.  We’ll release the same fury against your replacement candidate, Timmy Kaine, that we would have on you.  Timmy is a big Obama guy.  Big Obama guys don’t do so well with the electorate since 2008.

And then there’s this from former Congressman Artur Davis from Alabama.

“I think the Affordable Care Act is the single least popular piece of major domestic legislation in the last 70 years,” he said. “It was not popular when it passed; it’s less popular now.”

And now Democrats are running away from President Obama’s blockage of the Keystone XL Pipeline.  Funny how constituent feedback about the pain at the pump brings new wisdom to even the most radically green Democrats.

Sharks are swirling below the plank.  Sharks of Obama’s own creation.  Shutting down and restricting coal fired power plants isn’t going to help, either.  When electricity rates ‘necessarily skyrocket’ (your words, not mine) going into the cooling season, this will add more pressure.  Coal fired power plants are shutting down because of Obama.

When GSA employees lavishly waste taxpayer money and flaunt it on You Tube, that doesn’t help either.

When Obama uses the Justice Department to promote illegal gun running resulting in the deaths of American border and ICE agents and this Justice Department turns a blind eye to voter intimidation perpetrated by the Black Panthers while harassing states over voter ID laws and immigration enforcement laws, that doesn’t help either.

When Obama racks up $5 Trillion in debt in 3 years, tosses our money at pet projects that are massive failures like Solyndra, LightSquared, and others, that doesn’t help either.

When Obama takes an unprecedented number of vacations while the ranks of the unemployed moved from gainful employment and self esteem onto demeaning government dependency, well that don’t much help, either.

You know what, Champ?  You’re doomed.  If your cratering poll numbers don’t advise you, then your own party distancing themselves from you certainly does.

America’s got a big party planned for November 6th.

You’re not invited.

Obama’s lecture to the Supreme Court filled with ignorance, apathy, and good ol’ Chicago style community organizer thuggery

Today, President Obama, after listening to the president of Mexico brag about great the Mexican socialist health care system is, decided to threaten the Supreme Court of the United States of America. That’s right, the head of the executive branch decided to bully the co-equal judicial branch and in doing so he showed his extreme ignorance or more likely, apathy of our history and our constitution and the way our three branch federal government operates. The president stated, “Ultimately, I am confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress.”

First of all, the president is well aware that this legislation passed by the slimmest of margins with no Republican votes.Secondly,of course there are plenty of precedents of the court upholding the constitution by overturning laws (all of which were passed by a majority of a democratically elected congress) they deemed to be unconstitutional. In Marbury v. Madison in 1803, Chief Justice John Marshall laid down the doctrine of judicial review. In the 209 years since, the Supreme Court has invalidated part or all of countless laws on grounds that they violated the Constitution including sixteen pieces of FDR’s New Deal legislation.

It was very telling that in defending his Big Fucking Deal legislation, Obama seems more than willing to ignore the rule of law and the law of economics in striving to reach his desired ends, he said, “So there’s not only an economic element and a legal element, but a human element to this,” Obama said. “Hopefully, that’s not forgotten in this political debate.”

This should not be surprising from the same man who has professed, “The Warren Court interpreted that generally the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties. Says what the states can’t do to you. Says what the federal government can’t do to you, but it doesn’t say what the federal government or state government must do on your behalf, and that hasn’t shifted and one of the, I think, the tragedies of the civil rights movement was because the civil rights movement became so court focused I think there was a tendency to lose track of the political and community organizing and activities on the ground that are able to put together the actual coalitions of powers through which you bring about redistributive change. In some ways we still suffer from that.”

Bill Whittle Throws Down the Gauntlet

This is his finest Afterburner yet and that’s saying something.

In ‘Merchants of Despair’ he catalogs all of the major misdeeds and malevolence of the Obama administration and at the end he speaks to you conservatives that sit on the couch on election day.

How do we find these bellyaching nonpartisipants, register them to vote and get them to the polls this November? That is the challenge and the only solution to our national despair.

And of course, as I always do when I post a new Whittle video, I urge you to go to PJTV and become a subscriber.

NBC Today. The Obamarometer.

Want to know how poorly Obama’s lawyer did at the Supreme Court yesterday? Just watch the Today Show.

They talked about the crazy Jet Blue pilot, Trayvon Martin…again, House Speaker John Boehner’s personal relationship with Barack Obama and Christie Brinkley’s catfight with her ex-husband.

The most consequential Supreme Court case in decades is being argued, with the very constitutionality of Obama’s signature piece of legislation in question and not a peep from NBC.

OK. Not entirely true. The brief reading of the headlines mentioned that a part of the law may be in trouble.

Yeah. The part that funds all of Obamacare. Without it, the law is toast.

Nice job, peacock. Nice job.
