The following is a list of Current Communist Goals as revealed by Dr. Cleon Skousen in The Naked Communist, written in 1958 and read into the Congressional Record in 1963. Of the 45, I can provide specific examples to at least 40 of them. While they may be masqueraded under the guise of something other than communism, the final result is the same – the dissolution of the Constitutional Republic that is the foundation of the United States of America. It’s interesting that the Representative was a member of the Democratic Party, the very party that has been largely enveloped by those with Communist and Socialist beliefs. Let’s see where we are in 2013. As you read, keep in mind that this list was written in 1958.

EXTENSION OF REMARKS OF HON. A. S. HERLONG, JR., (D) OF FLORIDA
IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

Mr. HERLONG. Mr. Speaker, Mrs. Patricia Nordman of De Land, Fla., is an ardent and articulate opponent of communism, and until recently published the De Land Courier, which she dedicated to the purpose of alerting the public to the dangers of communism in America.
At Mrs. Nordman’s request, I include in the RECORD, under unanimous consent, the following “Current Communist Goals,” which she identifies as an excerpt from “The Naked Communist,” by Cleon Skousen:

CURRENT COMMUNIST GOALS
1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war. (CHECK. Presidents (both parties) have routinely supported U.N. measures that subject our sovereign power to the U.N.)
2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war. (CHECK. #44 has made a systematic effort to decrease the U.S. number of nuclear warheads while our enemies continue to grow theirs.)
3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength. (CHECK. #44 not only apologizes for our strengths, but works to undermine them in the name of moral strength.)
4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war. (CHECK.)
5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites. (CHECK. Let’s understand this does not refer to satellites in the sky, but to governments supportive of Communist Russia’s agenda. Currently, these would be the governments who embrace totalitarian regimes.)
6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination. (CHECK. Currently this refers not only to Communist domination, but also to Radical Islamic domination, i.e. Al Qaeda, Taliban, Hamas, etc.)
7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N. (CHECK. 1971)
8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev’s promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N. (CHECK. 1961 – remember, this list was written in 1958.)
9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress. (CHECK. Even in 2013 the conference is still going on.)
10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N. (CHECK, what are now Belarus and Ukraine were Soviet satellites until gaining their independence in 1991.)
11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo.) (CHECK. Agenda 21.)
12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party. (CHECK – is it illegal? Nope, these days we are surrounded by mindless twits who think “Socialism is Cool”.)
13. Do away with all loyalty oaths. (CHECK. Note the continued degradation of The Pledge of Allegiance and the systematic removal from schools and community government events.)
14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office. (CHECK. Not only does Russia have access, the entire world has access via the USPTO website.)
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States. (CHECK. The Democratic Party ideals are largely communistic in nature. Whether or not they want to recognize or admit it.)
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights. (CHECK, CHECK, CHECK. Too many examples to list.)
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks. (CHECK, and none are so insidious as the NEA.)
18. Gain control of all student newspapers. (CHECK. Control the schools, control their media.)
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policymaking positions. (CHECK, CHECK, CHECK. Too many to list, but the December 30, 2012 Op-Ed favoring dumping The Constitution is a good example.)
21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures. (CHECK, CHECK, CHECK.)
22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.” (CHECK. Look around. How many sculptures do you look at and ask, what the heck is that supposed to be?)
23. Control art critics and directors of art museums. “Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art.” (CHECK. Jesus on the Cross in urine, Mary surrounded by multiple buttocks with elephant dung, etc. all praised as “art”. I won’t give the artists the dignity of mentioning their names.)
24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press. (CHECK. Many of us remember George Carlin’s Seven Forbidden Words. While all of them can now be heard on cable channels, most of them can be heard on even network television.)
25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV. (CHECK. In 1953, the word “pregnant” could not be said on the I Love Lucy Show. We can all name shows where married couples had twin beds. Now, anything goes and what is on even network television used to be referred to as pornography.)
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.” (CHECK, CHECK, CHECK. The point here? Undermine the family unit and weaken the community by creating single parent homes and non-reproductive couples. However, as many same-sex couples do have the desire to have children, this aspect of the mission has failed to a degree. The irony is that most “isms” consider homosexuality as offensive, however, as with anything else, it provides a means to their ends and the homosexual population are too eager to join the cause without knowing the history behind the “acceptance”. )
27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.” (CHECK, CHECK, CHECK.)
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principal of “separation of church and state.” (CHECK. The ACLU and atheist groups have made this their primary mission. And the ignorance of the American people and the courts have allowed it to continue. THERE IS NO SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE CLAUSE IN THE CONSTITUTION.)
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis. (CHECK. See #20. Even sadder, a few years ago, a dear friend of mine referred to The Constitution as “just a 200-year-old piece of paper”.)
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.” (CHECK.)
31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.” Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over. (CHECK.)
32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture–education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc. (CHECK. Wilson, FDR, LBJ, and the hits keep coming under #44’s regime.)
33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus. (In progress. The EPA and onslaught of Executive Orders are two of the strongest examples of completely bypassing the checks and balances created in the Constitution.)
34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities. (CHECK. Renamed to Internal Security Committee in 1969 and eliminated in 1975. In 1959 Truman called it “the most un-American thing in the country today.”)
35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions. (CHECK. We all remember SEIU President Andy Stearn’s Marxist tribute when he announced Workers of The World Unite.” Here’s #44 saying his presidency will be for the SEIU.)
37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business. (CHECK. If you can’t infiltrate, create your own. Think “Global Warming” and Green Energy.)
38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat]. (CHECK to the 2nd statement. We all remember when it was widely accepted that some people are just plain mean. Now, the blame has to be shifted to some ethereal psychiatric disorder so that the person can be held harmless for their deeds.)
39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce. (CHECK. See 22-28. In 1950 there were 385,144 divorces. By 2009 that number has jumped to 2,318,615.)
41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents. (CHECK. Rather than raising children away from parents, this was accomplished through removing parental guidance in the home and the promotion of ideas like freedom of expression, being your child’s best friend, removal of rules in the home by “training” parents that discipline was bad for their child’s self-esteem, etc.)
42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use [“]united force[“] to solve economic, political or social problems. (CHECK. Three words – Occupy Wall Street.)
43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government. (CHECK. If not all, certainly several. Mau Mau Uprising anyone? Hmmm, what rings about the Mau Mau Uprising? Oh yes, it took place in Kenya, home of #44’s “father”.)
44. Internationalize the Panama Canal. (CHECK. In 1999 the U.S. handed the Panama Canal over to the corrupt government of Panama. Panama subsequently signed a 50-year lease for two ports at each end of the Canal with Hong Kong’s Hutchison Whampoa Company, run by Li Ka-shing, who is closely associated with the Beijing regime. This gave China’s Communist Party de facto control over the most strategic waterway in the West.)
45. Repeal the Connally reservation so the United States cannot prevent the World Court from seizing jurisdiction [over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction] over nations and individuals alike. (IN PROGRESS. In the following year, 1959, Hubert Humphrey introduced into the Senate S. Res. 94 to repeal the Connally Reservation. This was followed by H. Res. 267 was introduced in favor of Humphrey’s bill. While no official repeal is found in the Congressional records it is widely known that #44 and his supporters favor acquiescing to international law in U.S. cases.)

Not really. Both are totalitarian, statist regimes. The real difference that the average person will see is that Communism starts out with a gun pointed at your head, and Socialism ends up with a gun pointed at your head. Either way, you end up with a gun pointed at your head. While there may be technical, theoretical differences between the two, in practice a blend of socialist and communist concepts are used. The biggest theoretical difference is that with Communism, one of its goals is eliminating religion, as the object is to make government the religion. In theoretical socialism, religion is tolerated, but the government acts as if the economy is the religion.
And now we have Islam rising up to be a third totalitarian, statist regime. It is a sociopolitical set of laws that masquerades under the cover of calling itself a religion. But the religious component is only a small part of it. In the nations that are Islamic, the Koran is their constitution, and under its rule, you are not free to speak anything negative about Islam or its founder.
The three are very similar in the way they control the masses. So similar, that Hitler’s ambassador to what was called Persia was the one that suggested Persia change its name to the Farsi word for Aryan, as in Hitler’s master race. That word is Iran!

The name “Iran” (English), is actually an old Middle Persian usuage, derived from the Zoroastrians, and was the common name for the country used by locals for centuries. It’s literal meaning is something like “of the people.” It seems to imply that the land or the country belonged to the people living there. While there certainly would have been some political motivations behind the name change, it was almost certainly not related to the term “Aryan” as it was understood and used by Hitler.

Socialism, Communism, Fascism, they are all the same in the idea that an [ahem] “enlightened” [suppress guffaw here] ruling clique should rule over all of us, justified by the same excuse used by all tyrants and all dictators of all times: It’s for “our own good”.
National socialism and international socialism are based on one tiny gang of dictators.
Among those who are sincerely interested in doing good, central planning of any category is borne of a momentous hubris. They know what people should do, so they force us to do it. Claiming a majority vote is not a use of force is a cheap intellectual cop-out once we accept the reality, because all government relies on the use of force.
If my neighbor John Doe takes something from the other neighbor Mr. Jones and gives it to me because I need it, it is still THEFT.
It is theft whether Mr. Jones is a billionaire, millionaire, or earns more than a quarter-million dollars, or not. If he stole it, he stole it. It is still THEFT.
If neighbor John Doe organizes the neighborhood, the whole city or county, and then the state, and gets a majority vote to take something from the other neighbor Mr. Jones by force of “democracy” to give it to me, it still does not make it okay. It is still THEFT.
To such theft, I DO NOT CONSENT. No matter how much good it does me or any other neighbor.
If you do consent, you are accessory to theft, once your sin is exposed.

Ridiculous, Sweden and Norway lean Socialist yet have economies more free than the US. Communism is NOT Socialism under gunpoint and the politics at play are like apples and oranges.
Define theft? How does one “own” natural resources such as oil? Do we earn all of our wealth on our own, or do we rely on societal infrastructure and personally develop in tandem with such institutions as hospitals, Universities, legal system, postal service and Web? Can.success occur in a bubble?
Don’t drag faith into the convo by suggesting that taxation is theft. Don’t pat yourself on the back too hard for your “achievements”, especially if you’ve benefited from class privilege, parents economically capable to assist you both economically or emotionally.
I never though the message of Christ, or in this cast Moses, would be so manipulated. You assert God is at ease with deprivation provided no one “steal” your money via taxation.

Steve, I would suggest that you consider residency in Sweden and Norway, then come back and tell us how you feel about socialism. Barring that, take some time and look up the results of socialism in societies, or Google Mao, Lenin, Stalin, Mussolini, Castro, et al. Perhaps you’ve heard of them. Or read Witness by Whitaker Chambers.
It is clear that you have an ax to grind and believe that any wealth comes from privilege. My own father grew up in the projects and with only a GED built a very successful business. You are saying that he “did not build that”. You are saying that he does not deserve what he labored and sacrificed for. You are repeating the mantra of the feel-gooders.
How is taxation NOT theft? My labor is exchanged for dollars.Those dollars are not gifted to me, I must earn them through sacrifice. For the government to step in and to take the fruits of my labor and gift it to someone who has NOT labored for those dollars, how is that not theft? If your next door neighbor came to your door and demanded that you give them money under threat of arrest so that they could give that money to someone of their choosing with absolutely no input from you, how would you like that? And what if that the only thing you did know about the mystery recipient was that he was capable of work, but had chosen instead to let your neighbor go around and take from others to “spread the wealth” back to him? And let’s finish off this scene. Your neighbor is not giving this recipient even $1 of his own money. That is our current taxation system.
No one is suggesting that we have a bake sale for roads, but everything you listed can and should be run as private enterprises in the free market.

Did you know that President’s Day was originally celebrated as Washington’s Birthday? Does anyone remember him? You Know the Father of our country. The man who defied a Tyrant at the risk of his own life, and that of his family. The man who if caught would have been hung as a traitor because he knew that there was a higher authority than that of evil tyrannical rulers, an authority that everyone will eventually be accountable to! An authority that he often gave all the credit praise and glory to even while suffering the hardships of the winter at Valley Forge with his half naked, starving ragtag army who’s tracks could be traced by the blood left in the snow by many of his soldiers bare feet, almost always without provisions, a good quarter of the army died of cold, starvation, and disease. Several thousand more deserted. Yet those who stayed and survived the suffering of that brutal winter formed a brotherhood that could never be broken.
When things seemed to be at their worst and it seemed that there was no clear way to continue on, Washington got down on his knees and humbled himself before our Father in Heaven praying for Gods guidance and divine protection on behalf of the Army.
Things improved and at Valley Forge George Washington appointed Baron Von Steuben temporary Inspector General. He went out into the camp to talk with the officers and men, inspect their huts, and scrutinize their equipment. What he found was an army short of everything, except spirit. He was quoted as saying “no European army could have held together in such circumstances.” For it was God Almighty that General George Washington credited for the American Army overcoming overwhelming odds and devastating hardships and defeating the strongest military power of his time! The very same authority that the communist of the world hate and despise because they are the egotistical, arrogant, self serving, self proclaimed masters of the universe, who expect you and me to bow down to! For History repeats itself and when communist and other tyrannical invaders destroyed a society from within, they first destroyed their history and their national pride, don’t let this happen remember our Fore Fathers and the risk they took for our Declaration of Independence! They knew exactly how to deal with Tyrants and we are their descendants, never let our children forget! I took an oath to protect my country against all enemies! Foreign and domestic!
A nation that does not remember where it came from, or what its foundations were, is easily destroyed, by its enemies, either from within, or without.
What kind of man was George Washington that ordinary men would follow him, though the misery and hardships of Valley Forge, on to the battle fields against the strongest military power of their time, fighting for a cause that if lost their very reason for fighting, the Declaration of Independence would have been their death warrants.
Over 60 years ago all American children learned in school, the story of our founding father George Washington, as a 23 year old Colonel of Virginia Militia under the British General Braddock along the banks of the Monongahela river, near Fort Duquesne, which is now Pittsburgh , Pa. and how he miraculously survived the first major battle of the French and Indian War at the hand of God, 20 years before the signing of the declaration of independence.
The Battle of the Mongahela, also known as Braddock’s Defeat was fought on July 9th 1755.
Washington had done everything he could to inform Gen. Braddock of the tactics of the French & Indians, of getting down behind cover and firing only when a target was visible, but Braddock was insulted to be advised by an inferior officer. On the morning of July 9th, 1755, Braddock and 1000 of his men, along with Washington and some of his Virginia regulars, crossed the southern shore of the Monongahela.
Colonel Thomas Gage had a forward detachment of 350 soldiers, and 250 workers, and axemen, cutting a path. They were about 10 miles from Ft. Duquesne. It was around 1:00 pm. Gage and the forward detachment had just crossed a ravine, when scouts, and flanking parties came running back towards them, waving them off. Just then, they were hit with a fusillade of musket balls. It immediately became chaos. The British could not see their enemy, for they were hidden behind rocks, hills, and trees. The rain of bullets kept coming in on them, dropping them like flies. Gage’s men fired back at the direction of the smoke plumes from their enemies’ rifles, but hit nothing but rocks, hills, and trees, merely splintering bark. Gage’s men continued to drop, and the horses, some of them wounded, began to panic, and bolt, carrying wagons full of their weapons and ammo, trampling men on the ground as they galloped off. The workers and axe men fled. For the Indians, who were crack marksmen, this was like shooting sitting ducks! Eventually what was left of Gage’s forward detachment began to retreat. Gen. Braddock, hearing the gunfire, left 400 troops along with most of the Virginia regulars, with Sir Peter Halkett, and most of the baggage. Braddock and his remaining troops, Washington, and a 100 or so, Virginia militia hastened towards the battle. The retreating men collided with the advancing men, setting them to more confusion. All the while, the French and Indians continued to rain down musket balls upon them with deadly accuracy, and force. It became an instant slaughter, as Braddock instructed his men to form columns (making them easy to hit, because of their red coats, and being in plain sight) like they were accustomed to doing in Europe. Musket balls rained down on them at will, cutting them down and anything else that gets in its way, with an instantaneous efficiency! The 100 or so Virginia men, quickly adopted the Indian style of warfare, and dropped behind trees, and shot when only an enemy target was visible. Gen. Braddock was furious at this, and barked orders for them to get out from behind the trees. He saw this as cowardice, according to his rules of engagement. Braddock was undaunted in his task, bravely going to and fro amidst the shower of musket balls, trying to rally his troops. He had five horses shot out from under him. But for all his bravery, and reckless courage, he could not stem the tide.
God’s hand can be seen protecting Washington this whole time. Because he was busy going back and forth across the battle field, completely exposed. Carrying out General Braddock’s orders. One soldier observing Washington stated: “I expected every moment to see him fall. Nothing but the superintending care of Providence could have saved him.” Indians testified later, that they had singled him out, but their bullets had no effect on him. The chief suddenly realized that a mighty power must be shielding this man. “Stop firing!” he commanded. “This one is under the special protection of the Great Spirit.” A brave standing nearby stated, “I had seventeen clear shots at him…and after all could not bring him to the ground. This man was not born to be killed by a bullet.” They were convinced that an Invisible Power was protecting him. Washington had two horses shot out from under him, he had four bullet holes in his coat. Yet he had been untouched by bullet, or arrow. Scores of victims had fallen beside him, yet he went unharmed, protected by God’s hand! Every other mounted officer had been slain! Eventually, Braddock was mortally wounded in the side, and fell. When this occurred, all the British troops fled in confusion. Washington gathered up what was left of the Virginia men, barely 30, the injured General, and covered the retreating British, leaving all the baggage, weapons, provisions, cattle, horses, behind for the enemy to plunder. General Braddock died three days later. In the aftermath, 714 British soldiers had been killed, 37 wounded. 26 officers out of 86 were killed, and 37 wounded. Only 30 men and 3 officers were killed, of the French and Indians!
15 years later, after this battle, an old respected Indian Chief, sought out council with Washington , when he heard that he was in the area. Through an interpreter he explained that he had set out on a long journey to meet Washington personally, and to speak to him about the battle 15 years earlier. He said: “I am a chief and ruler over my tribes. My influence extends to the waters of the great lakes and to the far Blue Mountains . I have traveled a long and weary path that I might see the young warrior of the great battle. It was on the day when the white man’s blood mixed with the streams of our forest that I first beheld this chief. I called to my young men and said, mark yon tall and daring warrior? He is not of the red-coat tribe—he hath an Indian’s wisdom, and his warriors fight as we do—him is alone exposed. Quick, let your aim be certain, and he dies. Our rifles were leveled, rifles which, but for you, knew not how to miss—’twas all in vain, a power mightier far than we, shielded you. Seeing you were under the special guard ship of the Great Spirit, we immediately ceased to fire at you. I am old and soon shall be gathered to the great council fire of my fathers in the land of shades, but ere I go, there is something bids me speak in the voice of prophecy. Listen! The Great Spirit protects that man [pointing at Washington ], and guides his destinies—he will become the chief of nations, and a people yet unborn will hail him as the founder of a mighty empire. I am come to pay homage to the man who is the particular favorite of Heaven, and who can never die in battle.”

Article 1 Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution clearly states that only the Congress can coin money!

In stark contrast to this statement, the Federal Reserve Bank is owned and run by private individuals and international bankers.
In 1791, the Coinage Act of 1791 was passed. This Act established the exact amounts of gold or silver in each denomination of coin. This Act was never repealed.
Mention the Federal Reserve (FED) and most people, including Americans, will think that you are talking about the financial arm of the US government.
That assumption, however, would be well off the mark.
The Federal Reserve is in fact a private company. The name “Federal Reserve” was carefully chosen and designed to deceive Americans into believing they were part of our Government when in fact it is privately owned by international bankers in direct violation to Article 1 Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution.
These international bankers have the power, through the United States Treasury, to print money by simply adding ink to worthless pieces of paper.
The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 was slipped thru congress during the Christmas break with the majority of it’s members absent.
The bankers elected to fund Woodrow Wilson’s attempt to gain the presidency of the United Sates, in return for his continuing support of the FED.
After his election to the Presidency Woodrow Wilson passed the Federal Reserve Act, only to later comment, “I have unwittingly ruined my country”.
There are a great many commentators who believe that US presidential candidates are now carefully selected and funded by the FED, so that they can guarantee that every new president will be sympathetic to their cause.
The Federal Reserve is self serving and privately owned in violation to the Constitution, charging interest on illegally printed money. Money printed from nothing!
In America On June 4, 1963, a virtually unknown Presidential decree, Executive Order 11110, was signed with the authority to basically strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the United States Federal Government at interest. With the stroke of a pen, President Kennedy declared that the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank would soon be out of business. Five months later A UNITED STATES PRESIDENT, PRESIDENT JOHN F. KENNEDY was MURDERED!
Even with out Executive Order 11110 the Constitution is the law of the land and that is all that is needed to throw these frauds out and make them pay back everything they have stolen for the last 100 years!

Income taxes are unconstitutional
Originally income taxes were illegal because the Constitution required all taxes to be apportioned among the states proportional to their populations, not their incomes.
The 16th Amendment, which permits federal income taxes, was not ratified in the same language by three fourths of the United States as required by Article V of the Constitution and is therefore invalid. The approved wording was different in different states and therefore they ratified different amendments! (“Is Income Tax Un-American and Illegal?”, July and August, 1993, pp. 14-16).
The courts refuse to cast down the 16th Amendment even though it was not legally ratified.
In 1913, the Sixteenth Amendment to the Constitution was supposedly adopted. This amendment is known as the income tax amendment. Actually, it did not repeal the existing constitutional provisions relating to taxes and thus created no new taxing powers. Furthermore, as proved by the exhaustive research of Bill Benson and Red Beckman, the alleged amendment was not properly approved by any of the 48 states then in existence, much less than by the required three-fourths of them, so the Sixteenth Amendment was never ratified. Their book, The Law That Never Was, gives the details of their findings. The bottom line is that the income tax has been a massive fraud from the outset, totally lacking in a legal basis.
The Federal Reserve is also a monopoly–in a country where monopolies are supposed to be illegal. The IRS deposits people’s income tax checks directly in the Federal Reserve banks–not in the united States Treasury. Therefore, the IRS, an unconstitutional entity, is merely the collection agency for the international banksters. Over the years the IRS has become a tool of the elite banking families to financially attack and/or imprison people who expose the Federal Reserve. It is also a tool used by the D.C. elite to attack people who expose government corruption.
On September 19, 1796, President Washington gave his farewell address. Prophetically, he gave strong warnings against permanent alliances with foreign powers, big public debt, a large military establishment and the devices of a small, artful, enterprising minority to control or change our government.

If there were a credible revolution that would lead to armed Americans surrounding, capturing and hanging Congress I’d join up as my ancestors did in the American Revolution. Since there isn’t a credible armed resistance to join any and all means of resistance should be pursued.

believe that our best resistance is at the ballot box. We have prayed for worthy representatives and they have come forth, they just need our help. Even if there is not one in your state, you can still help by donating, making calls, and alerting your contacts in that state. A few who can use our help: David Brat who is primarying the current House Majority Leader Eric Cantor. Greg Brannon for Senate in NC, currently running against a large field of GOP establishment types in the upcoming primary. The winner will go against Obamite Kay Hagan. American soldier is right! There are Russians in our country now using our gun training places to learn how to kill Americans. They have been training with DHS. DHS is not with the Constitution. They are infiltrated with the NWO, as is the military. That is why they are culling the military BIG TIME by asking them if they would shoot citizens if ordered to. We are in big trouble and if we don’t win big (against the Democrat Communists) we will be in real trouble. We can’t vote for anyone that is not of the Tea Party because there are many that are going along with the communists in the republican party (Boehner, Cantor, Graham, etc.) I am not republican, but I’ve seen enough to know that democrats are not the answer. Don’t forget the democrats voted God out at their convention before some fast thinking communists quickly rectified it.
