Tragic underviewing of HBO Hate-Palin movie

14 Mar

First. Thanks to commenter Genipero for bringing this delicious piece of Schadenfreude strudel to the table.

And for those of you unfamiliar with the term ‘Schadenfreude’ I’m only going to explain this once…. It means taking delight at the failings of your adversary. Look for it all throughout 2012 on this blog. We are in anticipation of a Schadenfreude tsunami in 2012. And it is our mission to celebrate these moments every single time they occur.

The inexplicably heralded but stupifyingly untalented Tom Hanks, in concert with the schlock network that feels that people should actually have to pay EXTRA to watch its content, failed miserably in their attempt to demonize a private citizen who is neither holding office or running for office. HBO? Does that stand for HAIL BARACK OBAMA?

And this Tom Hanks, the guy behind this venture and that other putrid tongue bathing of Obama’s backside movie that I posted yesterday. What’s up with this little man with a little mind?

I don’t know how Reelz stacked up against HBO on Sunday night, but apparently the HBO hit piece Palin movie lost out to a rerun of Pawn Stars. No offense, but I LOVE Pawn Stars. And Hanks and Woody Harrelson? You’re standing where I want to piss. I thought it only fair to warn you.

There are over 300 million people in America. Barack Obama attracted nearly 70 million votes in 2008. HBO has almost 30 million subscribers. And yet…
Less than 10% of those subscribers bothered to tune into one of the most hyped movies in the history of television. Glitzy, glamorous premieres, all kinds of free publicity through the cable news outlets, controversy galore, and yet “Pawn Stars” kicked its ass.

Go to Breitbart’s Big Government for the pinata party.

Thank you so much for the mention! Loving the Schadenfreude… 🙂

Bosom buddy Hanks looks as if he borrowed the beads from Peloopsie

There is a striking resemblance, now that you mention it.

I love anyone who can challenge me with a new vocabulary word. Thanks for following up on this. I, too, am relishing this dish of schadenfreude!

      Schadenfreude should be served cold.

Why just focus on 1/3 of the book? There are plenty of Dems out there who think Clinton was the better choice….show that drama too!
