Geraldo OBL Coverage Drives Viewers Away From Fox News

02 May

A small sampling of twitter activity at the height of the Geraldo coverage of the biggest story of the decade is very telling, especially the Peter Doocy shout out.

How many people have to show up before Geraldo is off the air?

I have a feeling that Osama Bin Laden is in Hell right now being forced to watch Geraldo on Fox News…

Ugh. Switching the channel before Geraldo starts in on an open-borders rant.

All the anchors are sucking it up with the commentary but Geraldo takes the #1 ass hat award.

That does it. I’m actually turning on CNN. I can’t take Geraldo anymore. I guess Fox keeps him as a token dufus.

Dear Fox – even Peter Doocy would be an improvement.

And of course, Geraldo being Geraldo

Geraldo needs to be fired. I urge everyone to email Fox News and complain each and every time you see him blabber on incoherently. His performance last evening was atrocious, and I am one of those who switched to CNN because I could not possibly take that IDIOT one moment longer.

Why this man still has a career after this is a mystery to me.

Gerry Rivers didn’t show his highly touted photo of himself with that Liberal Lion of the Senate, Teddy K. sailing the wilds of open water sans wind farm slalom again. How much class must a liberal exhibit for you people?

I quit Fox News when I saw Geraldo talking about Casey Anthony and Joplin, Missouri, just had a historical tornado. I could not understand why FOX was so slow getting news about this event. A hospital and part of a city were wiped out and he was blabbling away. I know these shows are recording, but it was obvious Fox did not have anything to report but that blabbermouth. He literally makes me want to puke. I have always loved Fox, but no more.
