TSA pranksters? Yes or no?

11 Apr

I had to travel by air on business last week and put my electric toothbrush in my checked bag. When I got to the hotel I went to brush my teeth and the battery on my electric toothbrush was completely discharged. I have previously been on the road for over a week and the toothbrush kept its charge for the entire time.

When TSA isn’t doing its regular job…

… do they turn people’s toothbrushes on for kicks? The job has to be painfully boring and boredom leads to mischief.

Well, it does for me.

What do you think?

I don’t know about your toothbrush but my personal vibrating assistant was completely discharged last time I checked it through baggage.

Poor Pedro. You used to be able to conceal that in your body cavity before they came up with the AIT scanner.

A toothbrush with a dead battery, what a hardship. That is reminiscent of the time I was trapped on a brokedown escalator for several hours.
