You know what’s missing in politics today? Directness.

09 Sep

That’s directness NJ Gov. Chris Christie style.

I saw him a few days back on Fox and Friends and he absolutely, positively said he would not run for President.  What a pity.  Americans are in the mood for this type of honesty, delivered with unflinching directness and without apology or soft soaping.

His approval rating?  57%.  I rest my case.

Behold, his magnificence, the undisputed KING of Governors, Chris Christie…

As DrewM. over at Ace of Spades put it,

When the big man takes off his coat…you’re toast.

I love the way he dresses down this grievance mongering teacher at the outset of his reply.  That’s GOLD, baby!  GOLD!

It’s a shame he endorsed the RINO Mike Castle, there will never be a CC for Prez sticker on my truck.

I don’t know, dude. Maybe, just maybe, he knows Christine O’Donnell better than you and I do, which is admittedly not very much on my part. He may be very wrong and I know that Castle is a piece of crap, but it may be possible that O’Donnell is not up to the job and her nomination is a guaranteed seat for the Dems.

At this point it’s about body count in the Senate and if the Republicans gain the majority, weasels like Castle will simply allow the R’s the ability to control the floor. A little muscle will keep him in line. That’s the peoples’ job to let him know to straighten up.

    I’m not saying O’Donnell is a problem, but I just don’t know.

I don’t expect to agree with someone 100% of the time.
Christie is still in the mid 90s in my opinion and his dissection of this liberal teacher was…PRICELESS!
