Federal Judge refuses to throw out Virgina’s challenge to the Obamacare mandate because of our healthcare freedom act passed earlier this year. Virginia is arguing that the federal government doesn’t have the authority to compel Virginians to purchase health care.
That means we’re going to court.
Score Round One for Virginia and our terrific Attorney General, Ken Cuccinelli.
